How It Works: You provide the land, and PPP builds a new home at no cost to you. After construction, we sell the home and split the profits based on the cost of land (your contribution) versus the cost of construction (PPP’s contribution).

Why It’s Great: Your profit share reflects your land’s value as well as the percentage of the profit on the sale e.g ($1.2m land + $1.8m construction = $3m cost. Equaling a 40:60 split. Property sells for $4.5m so landowner gets $600k profit in addition to getting paid the $1.2m for land) **minus closing costs**
